Remember, there's a difference between a dental office stating "we accept most insurances" and "we are a participating provider".  A dental office simply stating that they accept your insurance does not mean the dental office is in network, which can cause a lot of confusion and additional unexpected out-of-pocket expenses for you as a patient.
